Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a DBVYRO account, using authenticated features, publishing content, going LIVE, messaging users, purchasing digital features or otherwise using DBVYRO, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, you must not use DBVYRO.

2. DBVYRO and its founder

DBVYRO was founded by Ricardo Medero. Founder information is provided for transparency and public identification of the person who created DBVYRO.

The legal operator, contact information, governing law and dispute venue applicable to the service are those published through DBVYRO's Legal section and legal configuration.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraud, evade enforcement, manipulate platform systems or use another person's identity documents.

4. Mobile applications

These Terms apply to DBVYRO mobile applications for Android, iPhone, iPad and other supported devices.

When you obtain DBVYRO through Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms also apply.

DBVYRO, rather than Apple or Google, is responsible for the DBVYRO service except for obligations expressly assumed by an app-store provider under its own terms.

Apple and Google are not responsible for user-generated DBVYRO content, DBVYRO moderation decisions or DBVYRO creator activity.

To the extent required by applicable Apple terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the portion of these Terms relating to use of the iOS application.

5. User-generated content

DBVYRO allows users to publish and interact with videos, clips, LIVE broadcasts, Stories, comments, messages, profile content, audio-related content and other user-generated material.

You are responsible for content you upload, stream, transmit, message, promote or otherwise make available.

• Only publish content you have the legal right to use.
• Do not impersonate, defraud or deceive other users.
• Do not publish unlawful sexual or exploitative content.
• Do not publish child sexual abuse material.
• Do not solicit or facilitate sexual exploitation of minors.
• Do not publish non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Do not make credible threats or facilitate serious violence.
• Do not use DBVYRO for unlawful goods, services or conduct.
• Do not deliberately infringe copyright or other rights.

6. Reporting, blocking and moderation

DBVYRO provides tools that may allow users to report content or accounts and block or restrict interaction with other users.

DBVYRO may use automated systems, human review, user reports or combinations of these methods to moderate content and activity.

DBVYRO may remove content, limit distribution, terminate LIVE broadcasts, disable monetization, restrict features or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, copyright enforcement, payment risk or platform integrity.

7. Child safety

DBVYRO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation or abuse.

Users must not create, upload, share, request, solicit, promote, store or facilitate such material or conduct.

DBVYRO may preserve evidence and report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to NCMEC or another competent authority when required or appropriate under applicable law.

8. License to operate DBVYRO

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant DBVYRO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, transcode, reproduce, display, distribute and technically modify your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote and improve DBVYRO and its delivery systems.

9. Mobile permissions

DBVYRO may request access to device capabilities only when relevant to features you choose to use.

• Camera access may be used to record video or LIVE content.
• Microphone access may be used for recorded or LIVE audio.
• Photos/media access may be used when you choose files to upload.
• Notification permission may be used for account and activity alerts.

Permissions can generally be changed from Android or iOS system settings. Disabling a permission may disable the feature that requires it.

10. Premium, subscriptions and digital purchases

DBVYRO may offer Premium memberships, creator subscriptions, Boost features, virtual items, gifts and other paid features.

Purchases made inside an Android or iOS application may be processed through Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase or another payment method permitted by the applicable store, region and law.

Mobile pricing and available payment methods may differ from DBVYRO web pricing because of store rules, taxes or regional requirements.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the applicable billing provider.

Purchases processed by Apple or Google are also subject to the applicable store's cancellation and refund procedures.

11. Creator tips and gifts

Where DBVYRO identifies a transaction as a direct voluntary monetary tip, the tip does not itself purchase guaranteed digital content, platform functionality or a required response from the creator.

Virtual currency, digital gifts, badges, subscriptions, Premium benefits and other transactions that provide digital value may be governed by different billing rules.

12. Payments and third parties

Payment processing, identity verification, media delivery, email delivery, notifications and other infrastructure may be provided by third parties including services such as Stripe and Cloudflare.

Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

DBVYRO is not a bank or stored-value wallet merely because it integrates third-party payment services.

13. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for required licenses, sponsorship disclosures, taxes, customer obligations and legal duties resulting from their creator or business activity.

DBVYRO does not guarantee revenue, audience growth, discovery, virality, brand deals or continued eligibility for monetization.

14. Account deletion

Users may permanently delete their DBVYRO account through available DBVYRO account settings.

DBVYRO also publishes an external account-deletion resource at /delete-account.

Some security, transaction, fraud, copyright, dispute, tax, legal and compliance records may be retained when legally permitted or required.

15. Disclaimers

DBVYRO is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBVYRO does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, earnings, audience size, viral distribution, permanent data availability or error-free service.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBVYRO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, user-generated content or losses caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit DBVYRO to limit.

17. Changes

DBVYRO may update these Terms prospectively.

Material changes may require renewed acceptance before affected features can continue to be used.
