Terms of Service

Agreement
By creating an account, accessing authenticated features, publishing content, or otherwise using DBVYRO, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
User content and responsibility
You are responsible for what you upload, stream, message, sell, promote, or otherwise make available through DBVYRO. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority needed for your content and activity.
- Do not upload or stream content you do not have the legal right to use.
- Do not impersonate others, deceive users, facilitate fraud, or use DBVYRO for unlawful activity.
- Do not publish illegal sexual content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, exploitation, or content prohibited by applicable law.
- You are responsible for taxes, licenses, disclosures, sponsorship obligations, consumer obligations, and other legal duties arising from your creator/business activity.
License to operate the service
You keep ownership of your content. You grant DBVYRO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, transcode, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve DBVYRO and its delivery systems. This license ends when content is deleted except for lawful retention, backups, disputes, enforcement, or content already shared by others as allowed by law.
Payments and third parties
Payment processing, identity verification, cloud media delivery, and other infrastructure may be provided by third parties such as Stripe and Cloudflare. Their separate terms can apply. DBVYRO is not a bank or stored-value wallet merely because it integrates third-party payment services. Creators using connected payment accounts are responsible for their own merchant, tax, customer, refund, and dispute obligations except where applicable law or the payment provider assigns responsibility differently.
Enforcement
DBVYRO may remove content, limit distribution, suspend LIVE or monetization, disable features, preserve evidence, or suspend/terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, copyright enforcement, payment risk, policy violations, or platform integrity. We may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Disclaimers and limitation
DBVYRO is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBVYRO disclaims warranties not expressly stated and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, earnings, audience growth, viral distribution, data permanence, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBVYRO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, or losses caused by user content or third-party services. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DBVYRO and its operators from third-party claims, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful content, infringement, fraud, business activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by DBVYRO’s own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be shifted.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes can require renewed acceptance before affected features continue. You may stop using DBVYRO at any time, subject to outstanding payment, dispute, preservation, or legal obligations.
Governing terms
The governing law and dispute venue configured and published by DBVYRO apply to the extent enforceable, subject to mandatory consumer or local rights that cannot be waived.
