Respect people and the law
DBVYRO is built for creators, viewers, gamers, communities, and legitimate businesses. Content or conduct that violates law, exploits people, or creates serious safety risk is not allowed.
Prohibited conduct
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or sexualization of minors.
- Non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, stalking, extortion, or incitement to violence.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, or deceptive monetization.
- Terrorist or violent-extremist recruitment or operational support.
- Illegal trafficking, unlawful weapons transactions, or instructions whose primary purpose is serious wrongdoing.
- Copyright or trademark infringement after notice or when the user lacks rights.
- Spam, artificial engagement, bot manipulation, or coordinated platform abuse.
Mature language
DBVYRO can automatically redact configured explicit or sexual terms in chats, comments, and messages. Automated filters are imperfect and do not replace moderation or user responsibility.
Enforcement
Responses can include warning, content removal, distribution limits, chat restrictions, timeout, LIVE termination, monetization suspension, strikes, account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to competent authorities where required. Severity, context, repetition, and legal obligations matter.
