What DBVYRO collects
DBVYRO can collect account information, profile information, content metadata, device/session information, security logs, messages, comments, engagement data, LIVE activity, payment-provider identifiers, identity-verification status, and information you choose to provide. DBVYRO does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, government-ID images, or selfie images when those are collected directly by approved payment/identity providers.
How information is used
- Provide accounts, feeds, LIVE, messaging, creator tools, and support.
- Detect abuse, fraud, copyright issues, policy violations, and security incidents.
- Operate recommendations, analytics, moderation, payments, and creator eligibility.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
- Improve reliability and product features.
Service providers and disclosures
DBVYRO may share data with processors and infrastructure providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, process payments, verify identity, host media, send communications, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations. DBVYRO does not promise that every provider stores data in your country.
Stripe Identity: when enabled, Stripe can collect identity-document images, facial images, ID numbers, addresses, device information, and fraud signals directly through Stripe-hosted verification. Stripe receives and processes that information under its own Privacy Policy. DBVYRO is designed to minimize its own storage of identity material and ordinarily retains provider references, verification status, and eligibility outputs rather than copies of ID/selfie images.
If you request deletion of identity-verification data, DBVYRO may redact the Stripe VerificationSession when legally and operationally permitted; separate Stripe retention or deletion procedures can also apply.
Retention
Retention depends on purpose. VYRO Stories are designed to expire after 24 hours and their media is scheduled for deletion. Security, payment, moderation, copyright, legal, and audit records can be retained longer when reasonably necessary. Deleting an account does not require deletion of records that must be retained for fraud, disputes, legal compliance, or legitimate enforcement.
Choices
Users can manage profile, privacy, notification, and account settings. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain certain personal data. DBVYRO may verify identity before fulfilling sensitive privacy requests.
Children and age
DBVYRO creator monetization and any LIVE features covered by the current Identity Policy can require verified age 18+. The platform may impose stricter age rules where required by law, policy, or safety risk.
