1. Information DBVYRO may process

• Account information such as username and email.
• Profile information and information you choose to publish.
• Videos, Stories, LIVE activity and content metadata.
• Messages, comments and engagement information.
• Device, browser, app-version and session information.
• Security, abuse-prevention and authentication logs.
• Push-notification tokens and notification preferences.
• Payment-provider identifiers and transaction status.
• Identity-verification status and eligibility outputs.
• Support, moderation and copyright communications.

2. Camera, microphone and media

DBVYRO may request camera or microphone access when you choose to record, upload or broadcast video or audio.

DBVYRO may request access to photos, videos or selected media when you choose files to upload.

DBVYRO does not require these permissions merely to browse public content when the related feature is not being used.

3. Notifications

If you enable notifications, DBVYRO may process device push tokens and notification preferences to deliver account, security, LIVE, message, creator or engagement notifications.

You can disable notifications through DBVYRO settings or your device settings.

4. How information is used

• Operate accounts and authentication.
• Provide feeds, video, Stories and LIVE.
• Provide messaging and community features.
• Operate creator and monetization tools.
• Process purchases and payment-provider integrations.
• Provide notifications and support.
• Detect spam, abuse, fraud and security incidents.
• Moderate content and enforce platform rules.
• Respond to copyright and legal requests.
• Improve reliability and product functionality.

5. User-generated content

Content you intentionally make public may be visible to other DBVYRO users and may be distributed through DBVYRO feeds, profiles, LIVE experiences or other public platform surfaces.

Do not publish personal information you do not want to make public.

6. Service providers

DBVYRO may disclose information to infrastructure, hosting, media-delivery, payment, identity-verification, communication, security and other service providers when reasonably necessary to operate DBVYRO.

Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Stripe and identity verification

When Stripe Identity or Stripe Connect is enabled, Stripe may directly collect identity information, payment information or onboarding information.

DBVYRO is designed to minimize storage of government-ID and selfie material and ordinarily uses provider references, verification status and eligibility outputs instead.

8. Apple and Google

When you use DBVYRO through an Android or iOS application, Google or Apple may independently process app-store, installation, billing, device, diagnostics or other information under their own privacy policies.

DBVYRO does not control information independently collected by an operating-system or app-store provider.

9. Safety and legal disclosures

DBVYRO may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users, investigate serious abuse, enforce rights or protect DBVYRO systems.

Suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse may be reported to NCMEC or other competent authorities as required or appropriate under applicable law.

10. Retention

Retention depends on the purpose for which information is used.

Stories are designed to expire according to DBVYRO's Story lifecycle. Security, payment, fraud, moderation, copyright, tax, legal and audit records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.

11. Account and data deletion

Users can initiate permanent account deletion through DBVYRO account settings.

Users who need an external web option can visit DBVYRO Account Deletion.

Account deletion removes or de-identifies applicable account information and content subject to lawful retention requirements and legitimate security, fraud, payment, copyright or dispute needs.

12. Privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain certain personal information.

DBVYRO may verify identity before fulfilling sensitive privacy requests.

13. Children

DBVYRO applies age restrictions and may impose stricter requirements for LIVE, creator publishing, identity verification and monetization.
