Age & Identity Policy

Purpose
DBVYRO uses age and identity controls to reduce fraud, protect minors, meet payment-provider requirements, and support lawful creator monetization and LIVE access.
Configurable scope
The Platform Owner can configure identity enforcement as Monetization Only, LIVE + Monetization, or All Creator Publishing Features. The current production setting is shown inside Arena Studio and Admin.
Data minimization
When an approved third-party identity provider is used, DBVYRO is designed to store verification status/reference information and verified age/date-of-birth outputs needed for eligibility, rather than collecting government-ID images or selfie images into DBVYRO storage. Provider terms and privacy practices also apply.
False information
Submitting false identity information, using another person’s documents, or evading an age restriction can result in permanent creator restrictions or account enforcement.
