Creator Monetization Terms

Eligibility
Monetization requires the active identity, age, account-standing, payment-provider, Creator Membership, and policy conditions configured by DBVYRO. Identity verification must be completed before Stripe Connect when the current policy requires it.
Creator Membership
DBVYRO can assign a Creator Membership based on confirmed DBVYRO-attributed creator revenue for the applicable assessment period. The active published membership tiers, grace periods, and fees govern the applicable billing period. Failure to pay a required Creator Membership can suspend paid monetization while leaving ordinary non-monetized platform access available unless another enforcement action applies.
Direct Gifts and Tips
Under the current DBVYRO monetization model, DBVYRO charges a 0% platform commission on direct creator Gifts and Tips. This does not eliminate payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds, reserves, chargebacks, disputes, currency conversion, or payment-provider restrictions that may apply. A displayed Gift animation is not proof of final settlement; provider-confirmed records control.
Revenue framework
Direct creator Gifts and Tips follow the 0% DBVYRO platform-commission rule described above. Ads, subscriptions, brand deals, Boost, Premium, Enterprise products, and other monetization products may use separate revenue shares, fees, eligibility rules, or commercial terms. The active rule version accepted by the creator, together with any product-specific terms shown before participation, controls those products. Material future changes may require notice and renewed acceptance before affected monetization continues.
No circumvention or fraud
Creators may not self-gift, launder transactions, create fake viewers, manipulate earnings, use stolen payment methods, or intentionally structure platform-originated transactions to evade applicable DBVYRO Creator Membership obligations.
Stripe connected payment services
Where DBVYRO enables Stripe Connect, payment services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and applicable Stripe terms. Creators must complete Stripe-hosted onboarding and accept Stripe’s applicable agreements before Stripe activates payment capabilities. DBVYRO may share account and transaction information with Stripe as necessary to provide the connected payment services.
