Copyright & Rights Policy
Effective August 14, 2026 · Version 2026-08-14-v2
Rights ownership
Users must upload and stream only content they own or are authorized to use. DBVYRO may use automated hash/fingerprint matching, external rights providers, reports, and human review, but no automated system can identify every protected work or determine every fair-use/licensing question.
Notices and counter-notices
Rights holders can submit a sufficiently detailed notice identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and an electronic or physical signature as required by applicable law. Users can submit counter-notices where legally available.
Repeat infringement
DBVYRO maintains a repeat-infringer enforcement process and can remove content, issue strikes, suspend monetization, restrict LIVE, or terminate accounts when appropriate.
No legal determination
Automated matching, a user report, or a platform action is not a court judgment about ownership or fair use. Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate legal advice and permissions for their content.
