Creator Terms

Creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for their content, rights clearances, sponsorship disclosures, products/services promoted, taxes, customer obligations, and compliance with law. DBVYRO does not guarantee revenue, discovery, audience size, or brand opportunities.
Platform integrity
Creators may not evade Creator Plan obligations, manipulate revenue classifications, self-gift, use artificial engagement, misrepresent sponsorships, or route platform-originated paid activity around DBVYRO in a manner prohibited by the applicable Creator/Monetization Terms.
LIVE and streaming
Creators must comply with the LIVE Policy. Stream keys are confidential credentials. The creator is responsible for protecting them and promptly revoking exposed keys.
Copyright and brands
Creators must have appropriate rights for video, audio, logos, game footage, broadcasts, clips, music, promotional material, and other third-party works. A license to play a game does not automatically grant every broadcast, music, sponsorship, or commercial right.
Enforcement
DBVYRO may pause monetization, Gifts, subscriptions, LIVE, or creator privileges for policy, payment, fraud, copyright, legal, or safety reasons.
Stripe connected payment services
Where DBVYRO enables Stripe Connect, payment services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and applicable Stripe terms. Creators must complete Stripe-hosted onboarding and accept Stripe’s applicable agreements before Stripe activates payment capabilities. DBVYRO may share account and transaction information with Stripe as necessary to provide the connected payment services.
