ImportantThese rules form part of the DBVYRO agreement where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Before going LIVE
You must accept the current LIVE Policy before DBVYRO issues or uses a browser/OBS streaming session. If the Admin Identity Policy requires verified identity for LIVE, you must also satisfy that requirement.
Streamer duties
- Only stream content you have the right to broadcast.
- Do not expose private information, payment credentials, stream keys, or another person’s sensitive information.
- Use moderation tools and act on serious abuse when you become aware of it.
- Comply with sponsorship, gambling, regulated-goods, music, sports-broadcast, and other applicable rules.
- Do not deliberately rebroadcast copyrighted television, movies, sports, concerts, music, or paid streams without authorization.
LIVE moderation and termination
DBVYRO can terminate, delay, restrict, demonetize, or preserve a LIVE when necessary for safety, rights enforcement, payment risk, service integrity, or legal compliance. LIVE alerts, chats, Gifts, and moderation actions can be logged for security and enforcement.
