Gifts, Tips & Refund Policy

Nature of Gifts
A DBVYRO Gift is a paid support interaction for a creator and can trigger a visual animation or creator alert. Unless a specific product states otherwise, a Gift does not purchase ownership, control over the creator, guaranteed recognition, guaranteed content, or a financial investment.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by the configured provider and can be direct charges to the creator’s connected account. Processing fees, taxes, reserves, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks can apply under provider rules and law.
Refunds
Completed voluntary Gifts are generally intended to be final except where required by law, required by the payment provider, caused by unauthorized/fraudulent use, duplicated by technical error, or otherwise approved under DBVYRO/creator policy. Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment activity can result in account restrictions.
