Delete Your DBVYRO Account

Permanent account deletion

Permanent action Deleting your DBVYRO account is different from logging out, disabling notifications or temporarily losing access.

Delete from DBVYRO

  1. Sign in to your DBVYRO account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Open the account/security section containing Delete Account.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the permanent deletion request.

When account creation is available through a DBVYRO mobile application, users must also be provided an in-app method to initiate account deletion.

This webpage remains available as an external web resource for DBVYRO users and app-store account deletion requirements.

What deletion covers

DBVYRO will delete or de-identify applicable account information and user content associated with the deleted account, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Information that may be retained

Certain transaction, tax, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, copyright, dispute, legal or compliance records may be retained where permitted or required by law.
