DBVYRO Child Safety Standards

DBVYRO is committed to preventing the use of its services for child sexual exploitation and abuse.

These standards apply to all DBVYRO users, creators, broadcasters, messages, videos, LIVE streams, Stories, comments and profiles.

Prohibited conduct

• Creating or uploading child sexual abuse material.
• Sharing, storing or distributing such material.
• Requesting or soliciting sexual material involving a minor.
• Grooming or sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Sexual extortion involving a minor.
• Facilitating trafficking or exploitation of minors.
• Using DBVYRO to direct users to external child exploitation material.

Reporting

Users should immediately report suspected child exploitation using DBVYRO's available reporting tools.

Do not download, redistribute or forward suspected illegal material merely for the purpose of reporting it.

DBVYRO response

DBVYRO may immediately remove content, suspend accounts, terminate LIVE broadcasts, preserve relevant evidence and restrict access when child safety violations are suspected.

Reports to authorities

DBVYRO may report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement or another competent authority when required or appropriate under applicable law.

Age and identity

DBVYRO may apply age restrictions, identity verification and additional restrictions to LIVE, creator features and monetization.

Attempts to evade age restrictions or use another person's identity documents may result in permanent restrictions.
